What is AcroDance? Acrodance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.

The Acrobatic Arts Program is based off safe effective progressions with proven results in five divisions of AcroDance. Flexibility , Strength, Balancing, Limbering and Tumbling Developed with input from professionals and experts in ballet, modern dance, jazz, contortion, artistic gymnastics, sports acrobatics, yoga, acro yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy,hand balancing and more, you will not find more comprehensive program. Simple thoughtful progressions take the beginner pre-school level dancer from log rolls to somersaults to the advanced dancer tumbling effortlessly across the stage.
